Again and again, seeming to never end, a civil war is fought for justice and the simple basic right for life and the liberty not to be persecuted because of skin color.
If it’s not the color of skin, it’s the choice of religion or beliefs or the gender one is born with. There’s no sense to it, no reason, no cause except ignorance and propensity for hate and violence. Humans blindly destroy one another, take the lives of millions, of any age, practically anywhere and still, still, they have not learned, if not love, then simple tolerance and respect for all beings.
I came into this life at a time when the world was at war, the carnage incomprehensible; from babies to the aged ones, none were spared. From the cauldrons of the camps to the battlefields, cities and nations destroyed. And why? No goddamn reason really. Ignorance, hatred and fear ruled the day. And so it continues, day after day, year after year, and where it ends nobody knows.
I contend that at the root of insane actions, from the Native American genocide to the police murder of Tyre Nichols, for no reason, it is ignorance and the cognizant insistence not to correct it that drives this perpetual madness. The epitaph of humankind?

These wars are designed by war profiteers to destroy and seize assets and natural resources. The Ukraine money laundering theater is only the current propagandized profiteering scheme. The media seeks to evoke an emotional response from the indoctrinated by using familiar soundbites such as ‘the western liberation front’ and ‘ a fight for democracy”. Dont be fooled again and again. Get hip to the media manipulation tactics. Take down those dumb ‘support Ukraine’ signs and regain control of your own thought processes. You are being undone.
The division, the hate, and the wars all owe a lot to greed. The 1% will never give up their power or wealth voluntarily. As that wealth/power concentrates ever more narrowly at the top of society, the rest of the population knows something is wrong. They have, however, been propagandized to believe, in this case Americans, that we’re the “city on a hill”, a shining beacon of light representing democracy and opportunity. People feel the disconnect and are understandably angry. This allows demagogues-like T****- to channel and aim that anger at others, most often minorities. Too often, anger turns to scapegoating, hatred, and senseless, destructive war. We Americans are tearing each other apart, and hate is aided by a Niagra Falls worth of military weaponry. Lots to worry about, folks…
