The North Bay’s prolific literary scene includes hundreds of published authors and several publishers, many of which have been highlighted in Copperfield’s Books’ ongoing event series, Write in Your Own Backyard. This week, Novato-based publisher New World Library gets the spotlight, and the New Age and self-help purveyor presents a reading of Breaking Up with Busy with author Yvonne Tally. Detailing real-life solutions for time-strapped women, Tally inspires mindfulness and a sense of personal power in the book, and she shares these notions with the audience on Saturday, July 28, at Copperfield’s Books, 999 Grant Ave., Novato. 5pm.
