Cotati native Anna Bachman was community-minded and dedicated to helping others until her life was cut short by an accident in January 2014. In her memory, and to continue the work she believed in, the community is holding the second annual AnnaBananza Music Festival in Cotati. A lineup of local acts, including Dorothy Lane, the Hangar Band and headliners MoonAlice, make for a great day of music, while donations and a silent auction help local organizations Neighbors Organized Against Hunger and the Committee on the Shelterless provide food, shelter and services to those in need.
