Since taking over as the director of Symphony Napa Valley last autumn, celebrated violinist and conductor Michael Guttman has brought creative classical performances and top orchestral works back to the Napa Valley, and this week he and the symphony celebrate the conclusion of their current season with a spirited show titled “Viva Vivaldi!” Guttman takes pieces from the famed Italian baroque composer’s well-known Four Seasons violin concertos and breathes new life into them in his signature style.
