The Charles M. Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa is hosting a New Year’s Eve event called Happy New Year, Charlie Brown!, which includes crafts for kids, a balloon Snoopy to make and watching Happy New Year, Charlie Brown! on the big screen. There will be an Up Down Balloon Drop and Baby Balloon Drop for children four and under and their families at noon, and a second Balloon Drop at 3pm.
