San Francisco’s Mike Capozzola is a comedy jack-of-all-trades. He’s known at clubs and theaters in the United States and Britain for his sharp but silly standup acts, though he’s also a prolific comedy writer and gifted illustrator and cartoonist whose work has appeared in MAD Magazine, McSweeney’s and other national publications. This weekend, Capozzola puts all of those talents to use in his latest pop-culture mashup, Evil Cyborg Sea Monsters.
