Longtime collaborators Jim Nunally and Nell Robinson debut their new, classic-style country band this weekend with an all-star show in an intimate setting. Guitarist Nunally, known for his work with the David Grisman Bluegrass Experience, and vocalist Robinson, described as a modern-day Patsy Cline, are highly regarded in their own right, but together, with the backing band of pedal-steel guitarist Pete Grant (Grateful Dead), bassist Jim Kerwin (Grisman, Del McCoury) and drummer Jon Arkin (Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe), they’re off the charts.
