The Marin County Civic Center, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, is being promoted by the Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy for a nomination to the UNESCO World Heritage List. Why is this interesting? Because it would place the building we drearily enter to pay our speeding tickets alongside such world-renowned sites as the Taj Mahal and the Pyramids of Giza!
