Something new is happening in Napa. Featuring what’s being called “100 of the nation’s best artists,” the first annual Napa Valley Art and Music Festival showcases art from all media, painting and sculpture to jewelry, accessories and furniture. It also features Bay Area–based rock bands like D’Giin, David T. Carter and Crazy Famous. Hosted at a winery nestled in the beautiful Napa Valley, the event promises regional wine and food and enjoyment all around—and, of course, the classic wine country setting. Check it out Saturday–Sunday, July 2–3, at the Trinchero Family Estates. 100 St. Helena Hwy S., St. Helena. 10am–6pm. $8–$30. www.nvamf.org.
