“Grungegazepopnoisefunkjazz.” That’s how local band Teenage Sweater describe themselves, and it’s pretty apt—their music is a funky blend of just about everything (and if you say that word fast enough, it would probably sound like their electronic rhythm). Members Mario Armando Ruiz and Michael Paul Delgado work synthesizers to produce music that sounds sure of itself in a sea of glitches, blurbs and melody.
