The American public at large ignored healthy eating with the introduction of the South Beach and Atkins diets, which promised dropping a few pants sizes through a total disregard for a person’s overall health. Conversely, the Dhyana Center provides locals with the tools for a healthy lifestyle. The center celebrates the grand opening of its new education lofts with an all-day party including eclectic music and cirque performances, dance, Ayurvedic apothecary, food and a silent auction.
