Los Angeles rock duo HoneyHoney play effortlessly melodic music. Singer, banjo player and violinist Suzanne Santo and vocalist/guitarist Ben Jaffe have been making music together since 2006, and their latest album, III, is rollicking and lyrically piercing with a Southern folk-rock sensibility. Released in June, III is being called the band’s best effort yet, and this week HoneyHoney bring their new songs to the North Bay, with songwriter Korey Dane opening in a show that’s a benefit for Farm Aid on Friday, Oct. 23, at City Winery, 1030 Main St., Napa. 8pm. $15–$19. 707.260.1600.
