Lighting can make or break the interior design of a room, explained Eric Norris of Bull Dog Electric in Santa Rosa, and the best is the kind that fills the space without calling attention 
to itself. “When we help a client with lighting, I want to find out how they plan on using the room: furniture layout, pictures, special items they may have,” Norris says. “We then want to have the lighting accent the design of the room to bring out its characteristics. I want you to see the light, but not where it is coming from.”
