Napa Valley’s arts oasis, the di Rosa Center for Contemporary Art, is commemorating the North Bay’s resilience one year after the fires with a Community Open Studios day that invites visitors to stop by and participate in creative endeavors with supplies and guidance provided. Following the art activities, exhibiting artist Victor Cartagena joins others in a bilingual discussion of immigration, community and labor with Cartagena’s work in the center’s current “Be Not Still” show on view.
