Online Monday Evening Quiet Meditation

Finding center and home in our own being is now more important than ever. As we navigate uncharted terrain in our personal and collective lives, we have incredible access to wisdom teachings that are as pertinent today as they were in the Buddha’s time. Meditation is one of the tools that we can use to discover the eye of the storm that is within each and every one of us. Please come find sanctuary on Monday nights and join us for an open on-line community meditation and dharma talk. Give yourself the gift of the present moment, connection with community and the support of ageless love and wisdom.

- Other Mondays: Silent Meditation & short dharma talk
- Last Monday of month: Short Green Tara practice (Tibetan visualization practice) & short dharma talk
