Know Your Rights at Work: A Presentation by Legal Aid of Marin

Ellyn Moscowitz, Senior Employment Attorney of Legal Aid of Marin, will explain basic workplace rights you may not know about. She will discuss wage and hour law, harassment, unemployment benefits, and discrimination in the workplace. Ask Questions! Know you Rights! Knowledge is Power!

Ellyn Moscowitz leads the Employment law team at Legal Aid of Marin. She is an experienced litigator, mediator, and author. Ellyn managed her own firm representing unions and employees throughout the state of California for over a decade and taught at USF Law School for over ten years in the fields of Legal Research and Writing, Litigation Skills and Appellate Advocacy.
